Landmark luxury residential estate developed in Matoto, Conakry, Guinea, on a 7,500 m² site. The project comprises a 2,600 m² smart residence featuring A++ specification materials, a 200 m² mosque, technical buildings, and 4,500 m² of landscaped gardens and sports areas. Led all planning, procurement, construction execution, mobilization and project close-out activities as Project Manager. Conakry, Gine'nin Matoto ilçesinde 7.500 m² arsa üzerinde geliştirilen prestijli lüks konut projesi. Proje; A++ özellikli malzemelerle donatılmış 2.600 m² akıllı konut, 200 m² cami, teknik yapılar ve 4.500 m² peyzajlı bahçe ile spor alanlarından oluşmaktadır. Proje Müdürü olarak planlama, tedarik, inşaat uygulama, mobilizasyon ve proje kapanış süreçlerinin tamamı yönetilmiştir.
